Energy Medicine Yoga Sessions

Yoga was created to directly stimulate and move us at an energetic level. In marrying energy medicine exercises and techniques with time-honored yoga poses and positions, Susan draws on the strength of each system to optimize the health and well being of the mind, body and spirit. The practice is designed to open the heart, still the mind, strengthen, revitalize and balance energy in the body.
