Group Meditation

Collaborating and coming together in circles to meditate and pray for the wellness of all beings, our earth, resources and animals is one of the most powerful ways to share and transform our compassion, kindness, love and gratitude.

Circle of Compassion

The purpose is to unite our hearts as we support one another to bring about healing, well being and increase spiritual awareness of each participant as well as the greater good of all.  We will bring light and compassion into this circle for our loved ones and to send positive energy to promote peace in a world that is in a state of turmoil.

Come help us spread the message of love, health, harmony and compassion.

Yoga Nidra

A form of yoga that has been practiced for thousands of years as a process of awakening to one’s true self. Yoga nidra means yogic sleep and goes far beyond deep relaxation to a place of natural peace and quiet that is tremendously healing. It is said that one hour of yoga nidra is equivalent to 4 hours of sleep. This is a highly restorative and relaxing practice that will leave you feeling invigorated and rejuvenated.

Client Comments

"I've left every Energy Medicine Session with Susan feeling more present, grounded and completely relaxed. Susan is compassionate, patient and knowledgeable.

In my sessions with her, she was able to identify and improve issues going on in my body, and then she also taught me simple practices to continue working on them on my own at home. I highly recommend that you give yourself the gift of a session with her!"
